2. Use of the Site
You may use our Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems
- Transmit any harmful code, viruses, or other destructive content
- Use the Site to collect information about other users without their consent
- Reproduce, scrape, or redistribute any content from the Site without our written permission
3. Website Content Disclaimer
All content on this Site — including text, images, product specifications, service descriptions, and pricing estimates — is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer, contract, or guarantee. Tribute Fencing & Barricade makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information on this Site. Product specifications, dimensions, and weights are approximate and sourced from manufacturers; actual products may vary.
4. Quote Requests & No Contractual Obligation
Submitting a quote request through our Site, by phone, or by email does not constitute a binding agreement, contract, or reservation of equipment. All quotes are estimates only and are subject to change based on project scope, site conditions, equipment availability, delivery distance, and duration. Pricing shown on this Site is estimated and may vary.
A binding agreement is only formed when both parties execute a written rental or service agreement. No services will be performed, and no equipment will be reserved, until a written agreement is signed by both parties.
5. Pricing & Availability
All pricing, product availability, and service descriptions on this Site are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update any information on the Site at any time. Final pricing is determined in a written rental agreement and may vary based on project scope, location, duration, site conditions, and other factors.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, images, and design elements — is the property of Tribute Fencing & Barricade or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written permission.
7. Project Photography & Portfolio Use
By engaging Tribute Fencing & Barricade for services, the customer grants permission for us to photograph completed installations and use those photographs on this website, social media, and marketing materials for portfolio and promotional purposes. If you prefer that your project not be photographed or featured, please notify us in writing prior to installation.
8. Site Conditions & Underground Utilities
The customer is responsible for identifying and marking all underground utilities, irrigation lines, septic systems, and other subsurface infrastructure prior to fence or barricade installation. Tribute Fencing & Barricade is not responsible for damage to underground utilities, landscaping, driveways, sidewalks, sprinkler systems, or other property features resulting from the installation, maintenance, or removal of temporary fencing or barricades. Customers should contact Colorado 811 (or the appropriate utility locating service) before any ground-penetrating installation.
9. Delivery & Installation Timelines
All delivery and installation timelines provided on this Site or in communications are estimates only. Tribute Fencing & Barricade shall not be liable for delays caused by weather, road conditions, supply shortages, equipment availability, labor disputes, acts of God, government regulations, site access restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no guarantees about the accuracy or completeness of the content on this Site.
11. Limitation of Liability

- Your use of or inability to use this Site
- Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in website content, pricing estimates, or service descriptions
- Any reliance on information provided on this Site
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or any personal information stored therein
Our total liability for any claim related to the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or relating to these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in the State of Colorado, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
